Which type of corrugation is suitable for which type of work?
There are 4 types of corrugated paper corrugations: corrugation A, corrugation B, corrugation C, and corrugation E. Let's see the properties of each type of corrugation.
Large corrugated type (A corrugated) has a corrugation height of 4.0-4.8 mm. There are 105-125 corrugations/meter. It is suitable for products that require a lot of stacking weight. And not focusing on printing
Small corrugation type (corrugation B) has a corrugation height of 2.1 - 3.0 mm. There are 150-185 corrugations/meter. Suitable for products that can support their own weight, such as iron cans.
Circle type (Circle C) has a 3.2 – 3.9 mm ripple height and 120-145 ripples/meter. It is very popular and suitable for general products that can withstand medium weight.
Smallest ripple type (E ripple) has a 1.0 – 1.8 mm ripple height and 290-320 ripples/meter. It supports printing the best and is suitable for small die-cut boxes or offset boxes.
